IKONIC DESTINATIONS — WEBSITE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last updated: 9 October 2026
1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
These Website Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of www.ikonicdestinations.com and its associated pages (the Website).
IKONIC Destinations is a New Zealand business operated by Chanelle Linda Breeze, trading as IKONIC Destinations. We specialise in premium curated travel and experiences, including wellness days, retreats, girls’ escapes, milestone celebrations, curated group experiences, experience days and bespoke group travel.
In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to IKONIC Destinations.
By using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Website.
These terms apply to website use only and do not replace separate terms applicable to confirmed bookings or experiences.
2. WEBSITE INFORMATION
We take reasonable care to keep information on the Website accurate and current. However, destinations, experiences, venues, supplier services, prices, availability and other details may change.
Website content is provided for general information and inspiration. It is not a binding quotation, confirmed booking or guarantee of availability unless expressly confirmed in writing.
We may update or correct website information, subject to applicable New Zealand law.
3. ENQUIRIES AND BOOKINGS
Submitting an enquiry form, contacting us or requesting a proposal does not create a confirmed booking.
Enquiries are subject to availability, suitability, supplier confirmation and applicable minimum participant requirements.
Before a booking is confirmed, we will provide relevant information about proposed arrangements, pricing, material inclusions and exclusions, and applicable booking conditions.
A booking is confirmed only when the acceptance and other requirements stated in the applicable booking terms have been met.
4. EXPERIENCES, PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
We curate experiences in collaboration with independent suppliers and experience providers. Depending on the offering, experiences may include accommodation, activities, dining, transport, wellness services and guided experiences.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, website prices, package examples and itineraries are indicative and may change before booking confirmation.
Final pricing and availability may depend on group size, minimum numbers, dates, seasonal demand, supplier pricing and availability, accommodation, transport, selected inclusions, optional upgrades and individual requirements.
We will communicate material inclusions, exclusions and applicable charges before a booking is confirmed.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on our Website are expressed in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
Any applicable taxes, fees or additional charges will be clearly disclosed and included in the total price presented to customers before a booking is confirmed.
Prices and applicable taxes may change in accordance with New Zealand law. Any changes to pricing will be communicated before a booking is confirmed.
5. THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS
We work with independent accommodation providers, restaurants, activity operators, transport companies, wellness practitioners, guides, venues and other suppliers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these suppliers operate independently of IKONIC Destinations.
Supplier services may have their own availability, participation, safety, health, age and cancellation conditions. Relevant conditions will be communicated or made available where applicable.
IKONIC Destinations carefully selects and collaborates with independent suppliers to curate its travel experiences.
While individual suppliers are responsible for delivering their respective services in accordance with applicable laws and contractual obligations, the involvement of a third-party supplier does not automatically exclude or reduce any legal responsibility that IKONIC Destinations may have to its customers.
The respective responsibilities of IKONIC Destinations and relevant suppliers will be addressed in applicable booking documentation where necessary.
Nothing in these Website Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand law.
6. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND LINKS
Our Website may link to third-party websites, social media platforms, tourism organisations and suppliers for information and convenience.
We do not control their content, availability, security or privacy practices. External websites are subject to their own terms and policies.
A link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement, formal partnership or guarantee of the third party’s services.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, original Website content, branding, logos, written materials, graphics, layouts, experience descriptions and itineraries are owned by or licensed to IKONIC Destinations.
You may view the Website for personal use, research and legitimate business enquiries.
You must not reproduce, distribute, republish, modify or commercially exploit protected content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Third-party photographs, trademarks and licensed materials remain the property of their respective owners.
8. ACCEPTABLE WEBSITE USE
You must not use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purposes; attempt unauthorised access; introduce malicious software; interfere with its operation or security; submit spam or abusive content; impersonate others; or infringe intellectual property rights.
We may take reasonable steps to protect the Website, its users and our business from misuse.
9. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We aim to maintain a reliable Website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that it will always be free from technical errors.
We may suspend, modify or update website functionality for maintenance, security or operational reasons.
10. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal information submitted through the Website, including enquiries and communications, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable New Zealand privacy law.
Please read our Privacy Policy for details about collection, use, storage, disclosure, protection, and rights of access and correction.
11. TRAVEL AND EXPERIENCE INFORMATION
Travel and experience information on the Website is general in nature. Requirements concerning travel documentation, entry conditions, health, accessibility, insurance, safety and participation may vary by destination and experience.
Visitors should obtain appropriate advice and confirm relevant requirements before making travel or participation decisions.
Specific participation requirements will be communicated as part of relevant booking information.
Certain experiences offered or promoted by IKONIC Destinations may include wellness activities, relaxation treatments, movement practices, workshops or other wellbeing-related services.
Information about these activities is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute personalised medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Participants are responsible for considering whether an activity is suitable for their individual circumstances and should seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional where necessary.
Specific health, safety or participation requirements will be communicated where applicable.
Nothing in this section limits any legal duties or responsibilities owed by IKONIC Destinations or the relevant experience provider under applicable New Zealand law.
12. CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand law, including rights that may apply under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.
Applicable statutory protections take precedence over inconsistent provisions in these terms.
13. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We take reasonable care in preparing and maintaining the Website. However, to the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that all website information is complete, continuously current or free from inaccuracies.
To the extent permitted by law, IKONIC Destinations is not liable for loss arising solely from reliance on general website information, temporary website unavailability or content of independent third-party websites.
Nothing in this clause excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Separate terms for confirmed bookings are not replaced by this clause.
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the Website, our operations or legal requirements. The current version will be published with its last-updated date and will apply from publication unless otherwise stated.
15. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
We are committed to responding professionally and fairly to concerns relating to our Website and services.
If you have a question, concern or complaint, please contact us at hello@ikonicdestinations.com with relevant details so we can review the matter.
We will acknowledge your complaint within a reasonable timeframe and make reasonable efforts to resolve it promptly and fairly.
Where a matter cannot be resolved directly, either party may pursue any rights or remedies available under applicable New Zealand law.
Nothing in this section restricts your right to contact a relevant regulatory authority or pursue legal remedies.
16. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Subject to applicable consumer rights, disputes relating to them are subject to the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
